So, client had a machine unusedfor several months and after configuring, cleaning and checking  everything, the only problem im noticing is that...
So, client had a machine unusedfor several months and after configuring, cleaning and checking  everything, the only problem im noticing is that aprox. 1 in every 100 copies jams just above the fuser unit, the problem is the error would not go awayeven after removing the paper sheet.



Tried cleaning all rollers and guides, new fixing film, pressure roller looks fine, nothing seems busted or missaligned on the delivery guide.

 

Sometimes i have to open and close the roght door several times for the error to clear and start printing again, others it would just not go away until i do a power cycle.



My only idea is it might be a faulty sensor so i ordered brand new ones, they will take 3 days to be delivered so in the meantime, any suggestions¨?
